Superior, CO - Flatirons FC and Levi Rossi are excited to announce that Rossi is returning to the touchline for the 2025 USL League Two Season. Rossi, who hails from Denver, CO, played high school soccer for Regis Jesuit.
Since December of 2023, Rossi has served as the club’s technical director, overseeing the club’s USL League Two and USL W League rosters, and was named the 2024 USL League Two head coach in addition to his technical director role.
In his first season with Flatirons, he led the squad to an 8-3-1 regular season record, claiming the Mountain Division title and the second-highest points per game average in the Western Conference. Rossi coached Mountain Division player of the season Daisuke Takanaka, who scored 10 goals in 12 matches for the club. Flatirons also qualified for the USL League Two playoffs, falling in the first round to national semifinalists FC Tucson.
The Denver native played his collegiate soccer at University of New Mexico, graduating in 2013 with a degree in Psychology. After his collegiate career, Rossi stepped right into the coaching sphere, as the head coach of the Olé Football Academy in Porirua, New Zealand. Then, he moved back to the states as a volunteer assistant coach for the University of Denver men’s and women’s soccer programs. Rossi spent eight years at the university, working his way onto the women’s soccer coaching staff in April of 2018. Currently, he works as a Real Estate Advisor with Colorado-based Thrive Real Estate Group.
